Leading the business are our Co-Founders, Adam, Managing Director, and Hayley, People & Brand Director, whose shared vision has shaped Mettle into a collection of venues rooted in community, character, and genuine hospitality. Together, they work closely with Dan, Operations Director, ensuring every venue delivers the high standards, memorable experiences, and warm welcomes that define the Mettle brand.
Supporting the continued growth of the business is Michael, HR & Projects Partner, helping to develop our people, strengthen our culture, and bring new ideas and initiatives to life across the company.
